Place dry mix in bowl add 2 large eggs 2 tablespoons of water and 1 4 cup oil mix by hand until well blended 50 strokes. Dollop with remaining brownie batter and swirl together using a paring knife. To get a better swirl effect it s easier to layer most of the brownie batter pour the cream cheese mixture over that and then layer the remaining brownie batter over the top before swirling.

Swirl gently with knife. I ve made variations of cream cheese brownies before but i like that this version has a little vanilla. Add sugar egg and vanilla. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy.

Cook uncovered at 70 power for 8 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
